Business Operations Coordinator / 事業運営コーディネーター
Support and strengthen the company’s operational foundation as the business grows. This role involves managing day-to-day business operations, coordinating with external partners and government offices, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Responsibilities
Management Support
- Manage the representative director’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage external business correspondence and partner communications as directed by the representative director
- Serve as the primary Japanese-language contact point for business partners and government offices
Communication Bridge
- Provide bilingual (Japanese/Chinese) business communication with Japan-based partners and Greater China region clients
- Translate and interpret for meetings, negotiations, and official documents
Back Office Operations
- Coordinate accounting processes with the certified tax accountant (税理士)
- Manage social insurance and labor insurance procedures with support from the labor consultant (社労士)
- Handle invoices, contracts, and vendor management
- Support corporate compliance and regulatory documentation
- Manage and improve internal operational workflows
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or back-office roles
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
- Conversational Chinese (Mandarin) for communication with domestic and Greater China business partners
- Must hold a valid residence status permitting full-time employment in Japan
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, document management)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Japanese corporate accounting or tax filing processes
- English communication ability is a plus
- Experience in corporate operations or business administration
- Knowledge of social insurance (社会保険) and labor insurance (労働保険) procedures

Contract: Permanent (no fixed term).
Working hours: Flex time, core hours 10:00–16:00, standard 8h/day, 1h break. On-site Mon/Wed/Fri, remote Tue/Thu.
Holidays: Weekends (Sat/Sun), national holidays, year-end/New Year, paid annual leave (10 days after 6 months).
Overtime: Minimal, average approx. 5 hours/month. No fixed overtime pay — paid separately based on actual hours.
Trial period: 3 months (same salary and benefits, social insurance enrolled from day one).
Workplace smoking policy: Indoor smoking prohibited.
Scope of duty changes: May be reassigned to related operational or administrative tasks as the company grows.
Scope of location changes: Fukuoka office. No transfer to other locations planned.
Full-Stack Engineer / フルスタックエンジニア
Join the engineering team to develop and maintain our AI products — including the TabiDay travel planning app and AI-powered mobile testing tools. You will work across the full stack — from frontend user interfaces to backend APIs and infrastructure — contributing to products used by people worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Build cross-platform mobile features with React Native / Expo
- Design and implement backend APIs and database schemas
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into product workflows
- Write clean, maintainable code with proper testing
- Collaborate on architecture decisions and code reviews
- Participate in the full development lifecycle from planning to deployment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (new graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript
- Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks
- Basic understanding of backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar)
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Must hold a valid residence status permitting full-time employment in Japan
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Next.js, React Native, or Expo
- Knowledge of Python and AI/ML fundamentals
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Vercel)
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Contributions to open-source projects
- English or Chinese communication ability is a plus
