不具合のご報告は、アプリの「設定 → 問題を報告」から送信してください。アプリのバージョン・iOSのバージョン・アプリの言語は自動で添付されるため、ご自身で入力していただく必要はありません。 To report a problem, use "Settings → Report a Problem" in the app. Your app version, iOS version, and app language are attached automatically, so there is nothing for you to type in. メールでのお問い合わせも承ります。 You can also reach us by email: [email protected] (運営:株式会社凛彩テック / Operated by RINSAI TECH Inc.) メールでご連絡いただく際は、ご利用の端末(例:iPhone 15)・iOSのバージョン・アプリのバージョン(「設定 > このアプリについて」で確認できます)・発生した状況を添えていただけると、対応がスムーズです。 When emailing us, please include your device, iOS version, app version (see "Settings > About"), and a description of what happened.

Q1. 表示されるバスの時刻や接近情報は正確ですか? / Is the bus timing / approach information accurate?

本アプリは西日本鉄道株式会社(西鉄バス)の公開情報を参照して表示していますが、正確性・即時性は保証できません。遅延・運休・経路変更等により実際の運行と異なる場合があります。ご乗車の際は必ず現地や公式の案内をご確認ください。 The App displays information by referencing public information from Nishitetsu Bus, but accuracy and timeliness are not guaranteed. Actual operations may differ due to delays, cancellations, or route changes. Always check on-site and official guidance before boarding.

Q2. 「近くの停留所」が表示されません。 / "Nearby stops" isn't showing.

「近くの停留所」機能には位置情報の許可が必要です。iOSの「設定 > のりまち > 位置情報」で「このAppの使用中のみ許可」に設定してください。位置情報はお使いの端末内でのみ使用され、外部には送信されません。 The "nearby stops" feature requires location permission. In iOS, go to "Settings > Norimachi > Location" and select "While Using the App." Your location is used only on your device and is never sent externally.

Q3. 位置情報はどのように使われますか? / How is my location used?

位置情報は、現在地に近い停留所を並べ替えて表示するためだけに、端末内で使用されます。当社のサーバーや外部サービスに送信・保存されることはありません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。 Your location is used only on your device, solely to sort and show stops near you. It is never sent to or stored on our servers or any external service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Q4. 料金はかかりますか?広告について教えてください。 / Is there a fee? What about ads?

本アプリは無料でご利用いただけます。運営のため、Google AdMobによる広告を表示しています。本アプリはパーソナライズド広告を配信せず、非パーソナライズド広告のみを表示します。 The App is free. To support operation, it shows ads via Google AdMob. The App serves non-personalized ads only and does not serve personalized ads.

Q5. お気に入りや履歴を消したい / 機種変更で引き継ぎたい。 / I want to clear my favorites/history, or transfer to a new device.

お気に入り・最近の閲覧などのデータは、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。アプリを削除するとこれらのデータも消去されます。アカウント機構がないため、現バージョンでは端末間の引き継ぎには対応していません。 Favorites and recently viewed data are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the App. As there are no accounts, transferring between devices is not supported in the current version.
